Chiropractor Rick DiGregorio D.C., BCAO
Board Certified Atlas Orthogonist
Dr. Rick DiGregorio received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. He is a Board Certified Atlas Orthogonist through Sherman College of Chiropractic. He received certification from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Video Fluoroscopy. Using scientific, evidence-based research and a holistic approach, Dr. DiGregorio strives to improve patients' health, employing optimism, enthusiasm, and hard work, and is gratified with the results. He has been studying Upper Cervical Chiropractic for over 25 years, and has had an office in Monroe, Michigan for 20 of those years. He currently is seeing patients at Atlas Spine and Wellness Care in Charleston, SC. Highly regarded in his field, he is often called to mentor those eager to learn the Atlas Orthogonal technique.
Dr. Rick is married with four children. Their oldest graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Medical Engineering degree, she went on to complete her Doctor of Osteopathy at MSU, and completed her Pediatric Residency and Fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. She is now working at Childrens Hospital of Colorado, in Denver,as an Attending in the Cardiology ICU. Their second daughter graduated with a B.S. from Michigan State University and received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. She is Board Certified in Atlas Orthogonal and practicing in Michigan. The third is a graduate of Grand Valley State University, with a B.S. degree in criminal justice. She is currently a Project Manager Coordinator at an Engineering Firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The youngest is a recent graduate of The College of Charleston with a double major in Classics and Religious Studies and will be applying for a Masters Program in the U.K.
Chiropractor Erica Periard D.C.
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Periard has had a passion for science and bettering the health of the world since she was little. In pursuit of this passion, Dr. Periard graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2020.
Early on in her schooling, Dr. Periard was immediately drawn to the Atlas Orthogonal technique in regard to its specific and gentle approach to adjusting. Driven by the attraction for a better way of adjusting the spinal column, she completed post-graduate course work and an internship in the orthogonal method. She and her husband, Felix, moved to the Charleston area in early August to pursue their passion of taking care of people.
Dr. Periard recognizes that the human nervous system controls the entire body and loves educating her patients about this concept, so that they can better understand their health. In her free time, Dr. Periard is an avid runner, traveler, and animal lover. She knows how much of an impact proper upper cervical care can have on an individual’s life and she cannot wait to share it with you!
